PH 19 Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and PH 19 ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"). By accessing ph19.best, creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting activity on PH 19, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

PH 19 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the full agreement between you and PH 19.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

PH 19 is strictly for adult players. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play on the platform, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

PH 19 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If you are found to be under 21 years old, your account will be immediately suspended, any pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and your account balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

You must also confirm that:

• You are not a PH 19 employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of any of the above.

3. Account Registration

To access PH 19's full range of games and services, you must create a registered account. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on PH 19. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. PH 19 may require identity verification at any stage, including before processing withdrawals or activating bonus credits. Verification documents may include a government-issued ID such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or voter's ID.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your username or password with anyone. PH 19 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to our support team immediately.

4. Deposits & Payments

All transactions on PH 19 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. PH 19 accepts the following payment methods:

• BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers

All funds deposited must originate from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. PH 19 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made using accounts that do not belong to you may be reversed and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

PH 19 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Check with your bank or e-wallet provider before depositing. Deposit processing times vary by method but most e-wallet deposits are credited to your PH 19 account within minutes.

5. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount on PH 19 is ₱200. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name — the same name used on your PH 19 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly not allowed.

Before processing your first withdrawal, PH 19 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). This is a standard requirement under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and is not a sign of any issue with your account. Please have a valid government-issued ID ready.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash / Maya: Usually within 5–15 minutes, available 24/7 including Philippine holidays.
• BDO / BPI / UnionBank: Within 1–3 banking hours during business days.
• InstaPay / PESONet: Typically within a few hours; PESONet may take until the next banking day.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–5 banking days depending on the issuing bank.

PH 19 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet may apply their own charges. Any withdrawal request that triggers an AML (anti-money laundering) review may be subject to additional verification steps and processing delays.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

PH 19 offers various bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, free spins, deposit match bonuses, cashback, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are stated on the relevant promotion page at the time of claiming.

General bonus rules that apply across all PH 19 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Each eligible promotion may be claimed once per player unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus credits and winnings generated from bonus funds are separate from your real-money balance and may only be withdrawn once wagering requirements are met.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games offered on PH 19 use certified random number generators (RNGs) provided by licensed third-party game providers. PH 19 does not manipulate game outcomes. Results are determined independently by the game software and PH 19 has no ability to alter individual game results after a bet is placed.

In the event of a disconnection during a live game or an active bet, PH 19's servers maintain the state of your bet. Any winnings or losses determined by the system at the time of disconnection will be applied to your account automatically when you reconnect. PH 19 is not responsible for losses caused by your internet connection quality.

Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by PH 19's system are final and not subject to cancellation or reversal by the player. If a game experiences a technical fault that affects the integrity of the result, PH 19 will void the affected bets and refund the wagered amount to your account balance.

8. Prohibited Conduct

To keep PH 19 fair and safe for all players, the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Creating more than one account on PH 19, whether under your own name or another identity.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with PH 19 games or platform functions.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any such winnings will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or card game formats.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, money laundering, or fraud.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification processes.
• Attempting to reverse transactions or dispute valid charges with your bank or e-wallet provider (chargebacks) after using the funds on PH 19.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing PH 19 staff or other players through any communication channel.

PH 19 actively monitors accounts for suspicious activity. If your account is flagged, we may place a temporary hold on withdrawals while an investigation is conducted. We cooperate fully with Philippine law enforcement and financial regulators when required.

9. Responsible Gaming

PH 19 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or involvement in criminal conduct.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

In cases of termination due to a violation of these Terms, PH 19 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account, including both real-money and bonus funds, where permitted by applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

PH 19 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure continuous availability and accurate performance of all features, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical faults at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PH 19 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, winnings, data, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses caused by internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or third-party service outages that are outside PH 19's control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.

PH 19's total liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the incident that gave rise to the claim.
